Shipping & Returns Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at PawfectoChien.com . Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.
Confirmation of your order:
When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to us to buy the product/s in your order. When you place an order to purchase a product from us, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order (the ‘Order Confirmation E-mail’). The Order Confirmation E-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, but this does not confirm acceptance of your offer to buy the product(s) ordered. We only accept your offer, and conclude the contract of sale for a product ordered by you, when the product is dispatched to you. At this time an e-mail confirmation email will be sent to you informing you that the products have been dispatched to you (the "Dispatch Confirmation E-mail").
Shipment processing time
We aim to deliver most orders within 24 hour of the order being placed. However we commit to having all local orders being delivered within 3-4 working days from the date of the order.
We only execute orders within the Greater Mumbai, Navi-Mumbai and Thane districts. These orders are hence executed once or twice a week, depending on the delivery location. Customers from these areas will be informed via email or telephone the date on which their order will be executed.
All our orders are hand delivered by our own delivery boys. Although unlike, if there are any issued faced due to the delivery boys, we request you to bring the issue to our attention by sending us an email on email@example.com
We currently do not have an order tracking system inbuilt on the website. Customers are contacted via email when the order is received, dispatched and delivered. Additionally, if a customer requires to know the status of their order, they can email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to share the order status.
Receipt of delivery
At the time of delivery we request all customers to sign the ‘delivery confirmation’ sheet. By signing this sheet at the time of delivery, customers are confirming that: 1) they have checked the order at the time of delivery 2) all the products ordered have been correctly delivered to the customer 3) there are no damages or issues with the product received and 4) that products have been checked and confirmed by the customer.
There are times when customers are not available at home to accept the delivery of the products personally. In such cases we request you to inform your house staff or help to check the products at the time of delivery as mentioned above and confirm the same by signing the ‘delivery confirmation’ sheet on your behalf.
While we aim to have all deliveries done within the stipulated timeframe, there may be certain circumstances which cause unforeseen delays – such as extreme rain or flooding. In such circumstances there might be unexpected delays in executing the deliveries. We request customer understanding and cooperation at such times.
